LANDSCAPE SERIES

Using many of the same technique as « Seascapes », the « Landscape » series are a scaled down version of mountain ranges, from the Alps to the Rockies, machined and cast in bronze or aluminium. Like slices out of the earths’s core, their sheer smooth sides accentuate the rough surface plane, all the while abstractingit as pure texture. Through the use of satelite topographical data, I can generate incredibly accurate 3-D maps of virtually any place on earth.
